When you hire us to inspect your commercial building and/or property, you put years of experience in construction and inspections on your side. We will show you current deficiencies and potential future problems. We will also point out the positive attributes of the property.
Listed below is list of the building’s components that will be inspected:
- The exterior and grounds.
- The Roof.
- The interior finishes, windows, etc.
- Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning.
- Structural components.
How Long Does It Take?
The amount of time a commercial property inspection will take can vary greatly depending on the size of the building, the use of the building and the condition of the building. For small buildings it can take a few hours, and for large multi-tenant complexes it can take a few days.
When the inspection is completed we will walk you through the building pointing out any deficiencies we may have found as well as the positive attributes of the property. We will stay on site to answer all the questions you may have.
Within 24 hours you will receive a computer generated report with pictures explaining our findings. Should you have any questions after reading the report, give us a call, we will gladly answer your questions.
It is our goal that after walking through the building with us and reading your report that you will have a good understanding of the property.
